Fair warning, this is long but hopefully comprehensive. Please ask any questions you think might help. I am desperate for a solution at this point. Fix this issue. We're paying for your dictation software, but the extension still leaves it useless with Chrome. I've been using this with the Canvas course management website to give feedback on student work, but it only works for 10 mins or so before it freezes up. I am very unhappy with the way this extension & Dragon work with the Chrome
