It seems that you need to switch on the feature update, for you to able to install the required .Net framework for the application. To do this, search Turn on Windows features on and off in the search bar and press Enter to launch the Windows Features section. Locate and click.Net Framework 3.5 (includes .Net 2.0 and 3.0) to turn it on.
